FGCU Student Entrepreneur Connects with Lee County Accelerator Program, TWO39 LABS

In seeking more guidance for her startup business, Florida Gulf Coast University student, Kristin Knowlton, visited the TWO39 LABS accelerator program.

Kristin Knowlton is the Founder and brains behind "Gallon Gang".

Gallon Gan is a gallon sleeve cover that helps in keeping your water cold while providing full functionality and the ability to hold all of your daily necessities within a sleek design.

Knowlton started her journey as an entrepreneur at Florida Gulf Coast University in the Entrepreneurship program.

As her last year in the Entrepreneurship program is in full swing, Knowlton was searching for additional opportunities for networking and learning in a space that is dedicated, passionate, and inspirational for the for Southwest Florida region.

"TWO39 LABS is an area to brainstorm, network, and obtain and share information and inspiration. It’s a safe space to accelerate your business in any way shape or form -there isn’t something like it around the Southwest Florida area so it brings a lot of opportunity to people with great ideas," Knowlton stated.

During her visit, the Florida Gulf Coast University student learned about product and audience research during three keynote and subject matter expert speakers.

"My experience has been nothing less than wonderful. The staff and everyone at TWO39 LABS is welcoming with smiles under their masks and are willing to help in any shape or form," stated Knowlton. "Through my short time visiting TWO39 LABS so far, I already feel like I’m at home!"

We are excited to continue to support and encourage Gallon Gang.
